Chief Executive Officer
As the CEO of Les Ambassadeurs Club, Kevin brings with him a wealth of strategic planning and development experience over 20+ years, operating with premium international casino brands in multiple markets. Kevin has honed his unique skills to help position Les A as the premiere private members casino in London, and the top choice for serious players. In his leadership role, he provides guidance in all aspects of the business, including general oversight, compliance, branding, relationship development, premium programs, staff development, and strategic planning & analysis. In his time with the company, the business has transformed into a true premium player centric model, with a focus on delivering the best-in-class benefits and experiences.
Responsible for the company's financial and strategic functions including all accounting, treasury, budgeting and tax activities. Rob serves on the Executive Committee, contributing to the strategic direction of the company while also overseeing the facilities management of the property. He joined the team in 2010 from Discovery Networks Europe where he served as a divisional Finance Director responsible for all financial, audit, treasury and tax for the global program sales and digital channels.
As an influential contributor to Les A team since the opening of the club in 1991, Lesley has an extensive knowledge of casino operations, with over 35 years in diverse casinos in London and The Bahamas. Lesley brings a wealth of expert leadership experience and is the go to resource for special projects and time sensitive initiatives, with an outstanding record of integrity and management insight.
In the capacity of Gaming Director, Lesley maintains oversight of the gaming operation and champions the development initiatives for the gaming team, along with personal day-to-day coaching of all the gaming staff. She is a firm believer in providing outstanding and memorable experiences to the target audience, whilst driving optimal performance from her team, and delivering sustainable growth to the ownership group.
Compliance and Security Director
David joined Les Ambassadeurs Club in 2013, bringing with him a wealth of experience in VIP casino security, surveillance and compliance. Having previously worked at Aspinalls Casino Mayfair and Casino du Palais in Le Touquet, France, David also oversaw the opening of four further casinos under the Aspers Group, including the UK's largest casino at the Olympic Park. He is the founder and ex-Chairman of the International Association for Casino Security and a founding and current member of the National Casino Security Association. He is a member of the International Compliance Association and the Institute of Money Laundering Prevention Officers. He holds a Degree in Law and a Postgraduate Diploma in Anti-Money Laundering. David is committed to ensuring that Les Ambassadeurs operates a successful high end casino operation that has the highest standards of compliance and integrity.
Lorinda takes ultimate responsibility for all people-based activity within Les A, from both an operational and strategic perspective. As a key member of the leadership team, she contributes to the wider directorate: planning, development, management and delivery. She ensures the development of key policies, frameworks, processes, MI and tools to support HR best practices. With her proven experience, she presents solutions that add value and meet the needs of the business. Lorinda generates trust and confidence among the entire workforce and consistently leads by example, utilising a high level of integrity, resilience and drive to address all challenges.
Non Executive Director
Having previously served in a senior position with the gaming regulator, Robert consults on compliance issues and brings a wealth of experience and practice to Les Ambassadeurs Club. As the Non-Executive Director on the Board, he is not involved directly in the day-to-day running of the casino, however this does place him in the valuable position of providing the club with an independent view. Staff also have the confidence in knowing there is an independent Board Member they can speak to and raise issues on a confidential basis through the "whistle-blowing" procedure.
NISRINE WANNA MIGNON
Director of Business Development
With nearly 20 years of international experience, specializing in the casino and hospitality sectors, Nisrine is responsible for maintaining the loyalty relationships with the majority of our premium members. Her career path has given her a valuable understanding of every aspect of the business, including key areas such as compliance, social responsibility, operational oversight and marketing, making her a unique and valuable business driver.
Nisrine is known for her strong interpersonal skills, sense of humor, and natural ability to communicate and build relationships with members and staff. She is fluent in English, Arabic and French, adding significant value to the Club when communicating in the native languages of our valued members.
F&B Manager and DPS
Christophe joined Les Ambassadeurs in 2014, contributing his vast knowledge and experience gained at numerous Michelin star restaurants; namely The Restaurant Marco Pierre White, Aubergine, The Capital, Seven Park Place as well as Soho House, a private members club.
His career in catering began at a young age, when he enjoyed watching his father and grandfather cooking classic French dishes, inspired by their passion and respect for the best in food.
Having learnt under the guidance of masters Olivier Poussier and Eric Chavot, Christophe has installed his expertise in fine wines in our expanding wine list that bursts with an extraordinary selection of wines chosen with gusto.
The Club’s members appreciate Christophe’s dedication and creativity in designing and providing bespoke dining experiences. He shares his knowledge of food and wine with his team via periodic standards testing and coaching, providing a fantastic environment for career growth.
